Meet Kristine
If you want to know Kristine, I can tell you what I have observed. It’s obvious Kristine is a high performer. She always has been. I see it in the way she time blocks to make sure she allocates time to each of her callings. How she coordinates our kids schedules, extra curriculars, all the business ventures and still spends intentional time with individuals amidst meetings is truly dumbfounding.
But to label her a high performer comes up short.
A leader of leaders
Kristine, at her core, is a leader of leaders. She doesn’t just get our kids where they need to go, she cultivates their God-given talents, gives them strategies to engage their giftings, and is constantly vigilant for the next area of interest and growth they display. We expect them to be leaders in each of their unique giftings, and so Kristine raises them in that expectation.
A leader of organizations
She leads executives and personnel in interpersonal skills and soft skills at Verb as the president. She works to know and equip Verb’s individuals with leadership skills and strategies that provide each with more advanced leadership training than we believe they would receive in comparable roles at other companies.
A coach to executives
She leads and coaches executives in the corporate space through Rootstock. She brings years of leadership, communication and interpersonal working strategies to the group and individual coaching spaces. Her mission is to help each individual overcome obstacles in their workspace and increase awareness of their own working styles to unlock team efficacy and influence.

A teacher of the Word
She leads hundreds of women every week in studying God’s word as a teaching leader at Bible Study Fellowship – an amazing international bible study. Every week, she leads leaders meetings to equip her co-laborers to engage with their women in the passage they studied. She fights alongside her co-leaders for each woman to meet this God who loves them beyond what they can understand, and to combat the lies that every woman (and person) faces each day. The impact that this work has on each individual and their families, friends, and coworkers I think may be too wide and profound to capture with words.
A leader of women
For ten years, Kristine led women in her Rodan + Fields consulting business, working with each intimately and intentionally to build their grit and self belief – regularly battling those subtle self-undervaluing thought tracks that challenge the entrepreneur. She has led women’s retreats at church and consistently contends with women for nothing less than the fullness God has for them amidst life’s incredible challenges.
And the source of all this drive and influence?
I see it nearly every morning. It doesn’t come from her.
It comes through her discipline to spend the first early hours of her day in His Word, reading her Bible, and listening to the Lord’s direction for her day. I am in a unique position to testify to what I’ve seen, and I can tell you, when you meet Kristine and you wonder, like everyone else, where this powerhouse of productivity and tenacious joy comes from, know that she is walking out her leadership and influence in the power and promise of the Father that she meets with every morning. It all comes from Him, and then through her. And because of her reliance on Him, She is the “real deal” and you’ll know it as soon as you meet her.
